Some useful tips about ACDEE:

• Expand your CD-ROM's search

Use 'File' -> 'Advanced Search' to filter some file types for gathering e-mail addresses. E.g. you can skip GIF and JPEG files for indexing. If you mark "." check box, ACDEE will be searching through the entire disc.

• Find definite email addresses

You can search through a list of emails for emails that match given parameters by specifying characters you wish these addresses contain. Once the search is completed, open 'Search'-> 'Find a Text', enter your search query, press the 'Find' button.

• Browse the content of CD-ROM files

Browse or view the content of any particular CD-ROM file in a pop-up window. Once the search is completed, select a file (on the right-hand side of the ACDEE window), click the right mouse button and then choose 'Open...' or F3 in the context menu.

• Export ACDEE search results to Atomic Mail Sender or Atomic Email Verifier (this feature is not available in a ACDEE trial)

ACDEE search results (a list of email addresses) are shown on the left-hand side of the ACDEE window. You can send group but yet personalized emails to these email addresses or verify them for validity in just a few clicks. Simply open the 'Search' on the toolbar and choose 'Send mass mail' or 'Verify email addresses'. The rest will be done almost instantly.

• Save search results (this feature is not available in a ACDEE trial)

Open the 'Results' menu to save the list of found email addresses as a text, word, or excel file or export it to a clipboard.
